Professional Experience Dr. Crowley attended the University of California, Berkeley where he received his B.A. degree in 1964.
Dr. Crowley went on to obtain his M.D. from The Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed a one-year pediatric intership at the Los Angeles County - USC Medical Center. After finishing a 2-year pediatric residency at the Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, Dr. Crowley did a Child-Family Mental Health fellowship at the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington where he also completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency in 1976.
Since then, Dr. Crowley has served as Medical Directors for the Muscular Dystrophy Clinic and the Roger C Peace Rehabilitation Hospital. He has also served as Chief of Pediatrics for the Walson Army Hospital as
well as Staff Physiatrist for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific and Lt. Colonel for the U.S. Army Medical Corps.
Presently, Dr. Crowley is a Physiatrist in private practice.
Since 1993, Dr. Crowley has also served as an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine for the John A. Burns School of Medicine in Hawaii, a Board Member for the Hawaii Centers for Independent Living, President of the Hawaii Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and a Team Physician for the St. Louis football team. He also provides Spinoscopy interpretations for the Dynamic Evaluation Center in Hawaii and Independent Medical Evaluations and Impairment Ratings.
