Professional Experience
Born and raised in Seattle, Washington, Dr. Katsura attended the University of Washington where he received his B.S. in 1982.
Dr. Katsura went on to obtain his M.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed a four-year residency program in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Washington School of Medicine.
Since then, Dr. Katsura served as a Clinical Assistant Professor for the University of Washington and a Staff Physiatrist for the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific in Hawaii and is presently a Physiatrist in
private practice.
